THE POSITION: Executive Chef

  • Oversees all aspects of food operations including the preparation and serving of nutritious, good-tasting, well presented, and creative meals.
  • Develop and implement guidelines and control procedures for purchasing and receiving areas.
  • Mentor assigned team members to ensure team cohesion is created and maintained.
  • Maintaining the kitchen and surrounding areas in conditions that meet the company standard and heath code regulations
  • Work Hours: 8 hours
  • Position Type: Full-time
  • Pay Range: Starting at $52,000, subject to experience/education
  • Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance
  • Paid Time Off: Full-time employees are eligible for vacation and sick time
  • Location: Greenville, FL (approximately 45- to 50-minute commute from Tallahassee, FL and Valdosta, GA)

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Course certification from accredited culinary program
  • Five years experience in quantity food production/service and personnel supervision is desired.
  • Specialized training in Dining Services management and nutrition is desirable
