Job description:

We are looking for a talented, bright, enthusiastic administrative leader who can closely partner with the larger executive team to make sure we are operating as efficiently and effectively as possible.

will also be responsible for helping coordinate the evolution of the extended management team, which includes scheduling training and morale events.

The right candidate for this role will be fascinated by simplifying complex situations, crystallizing variables and accurately assessing “the right thing to do,” and executing across multiple high priority projects at the same time.

It’s critical to have high judgment in this role, as well as being capable of operating reliably and independently on project assignments.

Great organizational skills are a must, as well as being an agile thinker.

Likewise, candidates must have a demonstrated high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside

We're looking for an administrative leader in this role, one who wants to stretch in new ways with excellent visibility into one of the most major businesses

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Management of complex calendar and scheduling requirements for the executive team
  • Tracking and helping drive completion of key deliverables, such as road map reviews, and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Schedule business travel and expense follow-up for the executive team
  • Drive team activities (including staff meeting agendas and notes, org-wide meetings, social outings, supply ordering, and other key logistics).
  • Close collaboration with the executive administrative team.
  • Manage space for a rapidly growing organization.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Project/program management: Support annual operational planning process, business planning, and performance review cycles, as well as leadership development and diversity programs.
  • Serve as a business partner ensuring strategic, proactive and thoughtful support of the business cycle
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Previous project management or event planning experience
  • Ability to think and plan ahead, delegate responsibilities appropriately, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and deal with professionals inside and outside the company
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment
  • Sound judgment and flexibility to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
