Full Time Excavator Operator
This job requires familiarity with heavy equipment operation such as excavators, loaders, forklifts, etc.
The Scrapyard Laborer sorts, grades, processes, and prepares scrap metal for sale and shipment. Selected individuals will assist customers with the unloading of material in a safe and timely manner.
Successful candidate will utilize equipment and tools (such as torch, forklift, shear, etc.) to process and or size material to consistently provide a quality product per company and mill specifications. Experience in scrap yard operations, and a Class A or B CDL preferred but not required.
A person must be able to lift 50lbs consistently. This job will require pushing, pulling, lifting, squatting, carrying and dragging.
Shift is Mon-Fri (Must be open to Saturdays)
Bilingual
Must have 2 years experience minimum
Must have a valid Driver License
Must pass a background check ( all candidates will be informed that if they are selected, they will have to do a background check for up to 7 years )
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Experience:
- Heavy equipment operation: 2 years (Required)

- Spanish (Preferred)
