Kendal~Crosslands, the provider of quality senior living, is currently seeking Full-Time Environmental Services Partner to join our team in Kennett Square, PA. We offer Independent Living cottages and apartments, Personal Care, and Skilled Nursing all nestled on over 500 acres of rolling country-side in the heart of the Brandywine Valley.

*** This position is 80 hours per pay period, working the 9a-5:30p shift ***

Responsibilities/Duties:

Maintains sanitary conditions according to department standards by:

· Dusting

· Vacuuming

· Wet Mopping floors

· Dry Mopping floors

· Stripping and redressing beds

· Sanitizing Bathrooms

· Sanitizing Kitchens

· Cleaning Ovens

· Dusting, washing walls, doors, and baseboards

· Supplying cart with products

· Complying with waiver status

· Reporting unusual circumstances and incidents

· Being on-call

· Cleaning windows

· Cleaning vents and light fixtures

· Vacuum furniture and drapes

· Shampooing carpets

· Stripping and refinishing floors

· Turning mattresses

Qualifications & Experience:

· Must be able to follow and give written and oral instructions, and otherwise communicate and receive communications orally and in writing.

· Good attention to detail. Pleasant personality and capable of dealing with other people in a cooperative manner.

· Current and valid driver’s license.

· Capable of learning and carrying out the required methods of cleaning and equipment operation. Ability to work well without close supervision.

Physical Demands:

· Stands and walks most of the day.

· May lift, carry, push, and/or pull medium to heavy weights from 50 pounds up to and in excess of 125 pounds.
