Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Event Set Up Team as an Event Set Up Overnight Supervisor! The Event Set Up Overnight Supervisor will support “A Seattle Collection”, a multi-property cluster comprised of Grand Hyatt Seattle, Hyatt at Olive 8 and Hyatt Regency Seattle.

The Event Setup Supervisor will work closely with the leaders of the Event Services (Banquets) & Setup team, to set up an outstanding experience for our guests and Meeting Planners. This Supervisor will report to the Event Setup and Assistant Event Setup managers, and will supervise the set-up of the rooms for meetings and banquets. The Event Setup Supervisor will ensure equipment is in working order and properly maintained, and that the Event Setup Team has the tools and resources to be successful.

• Hospitality, Event, and/or Food & Beverage leadership experience preferred
