DUTIES
- Coordinate event planning and operations
- Provide support for event planning and execution as directed by supervisor
- Develop and maintain superior employee-customer relations
- Maintain security requirements and standards
- The ability to use various office software packages, including word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, calendaring, e-mail management and the Internet, and to create, compose and edit written and electronic materials
- General Housekeeping
REQUIREMENTS
- Catering and event management experience
- Logistics and systems oriented
- Obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- Obtain and maintain a current OLCC license
- Have reliable transportation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adjust schedule to varying tasks and demands
- Physical ability to work in office and kitchen production environments, including the use of stairs and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in weight
- Applicants must be available for weekend, after hours, occasional out of town, and overnight work.
