- Escapology is a high quality Escape Game Experience located in Fort Lauderdale. It is a fun place to work, fast paced and dynamic where your prime role is to interact with guests and ensure that they have a great time. - You'll start at $10 per hour through initial training but can quickly progress to $13-$14 per hour as soon as you are able to run all our games and deliver a great customer experience. We offer bonuses for selling game replays and merchandise, so it's easy to supplement your income quickly. We'll also cover parking charges while you are at work.
- You'll perform activities that facilitate the customer service experience (meeting and greeting customers; customer check in; pre-game service; running/game mastering multiple games at once; interacting with customers; post-game experience).
- You'll reset games after they have been played
- You'll perform general tasks around the venue to assist in its operation.
- You'll be able to upsell games and merchandise to customers to increase your pay rate
- We deliver excellent and professional customer service experience to customers
- We maintain safety standards for both staff and guests
- The job does involve standing and walking for extended periods
