Entry Level Sales / Sales Associate (Inside Sales) Princeton Junction, NJ
We are seeking an Entry Level Sales / Sales Associate to join our team! You will work directly with Sr. Sales Managers to resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. No Cold Calls.
REQUIREMENT: Must have mechanical abilities / manufacturing machines knowledge or understanding of how things are made.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up meetings & calls to keep customers aware of latest developments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Hubspot)
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong phone & negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Bi-Lingual a plus (Spanish).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
