This is a remote based, part time, about 10 hours per week position, which allows for relatively flexible hours, but at least half of the work will be completed during business hours when some of the communications that are related to the work may need to occur.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Daily duties will vary according to project needs, with job responsibilities to include:
- Use Applicant Tracking System to maintain organization and updates
- Assist team in reviewing resumes
- Conduct initial phone screens
- Schedule calls and interviews
- Manage calendar for hiring team and candidates
- Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
- Participate in recruiting events
Preferred Skills & Experience
- 0-1 year of work experience as a recruiter
- Excellent communication skills
- Associates degree or equivalent
