Overview:
Constellation is looking for a Compliance Coordinator for a remote position. The Compliance Coordinator will be responsible for the preparation, submission, and monitoring of monthly documentation. They will also be responsible for miscellaneous tasks that assists the day-to- day needs of the Quality Control team.
Essential Functions:
- Data collection and validation
- Assembling documentation for marketing assets compliant with brand guidelines
- Submitting and monitoring the approval statuses of brand materials
- Documenting disputes and denials for further action
- Digitizing and filing documents in an organized fashion
- Generating internal reports
Qualifications:
- Experience with data entry platforms (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.)
- Detail-oriented
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience/Knowledge of the automotive industry preferred
