Rx Savings Solutions offers an innovative, patented software system that educates and empowers consumers to make the best healthcare choices at the lowest cost. Founded and operated by a team of pharmacists and software engineers, we support a collaborative, cost-saving solution for purchasing prescription drugs.

The Engagement Marketing Manager will work closely with the Engagement Marketing team, the Marketing Automation team, Enterprise sales teams and the Client Success team to create communication campaigns and drive engagement for Rx Savings Solutions’ employer clients. Your job will be to work with assigned clients to strategize and project manage all member-facing educational and communication materials. This includes, but is not limited to, custom campaign management, both digital and print, and creating and organizing materials to support other client stakeholders.
We're looking for an excellent project manager who will work both independently and collaboratively with the Client Success team to create an incredible member experience and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • In collaboration with the client, strategize and project manage engagement programs consisting of email, direct mail, and marketing collateral to promote awareness and drive adoption of Rx Savings Solutions

  • Develop and implement ongoing campaigns based on targeted segments to drive awareness, engagement, retention, and behavior change

  • Educate Rx Savings Solutions internal sales teams and Client Success teams on marketing engagement best practices, new materials and ongoing campaign effectiveness

  • Collaborate with Rx Savings Solutions Implementation Managers on project timeline to ensure a successful launch to employer group members.

  • Participate in sales calls with employer prospects to discuss member engagement campaign overviews, best practices and results

  • Participate in and document discussions during client meetings and conference calls

  • Provide overall program strategy and guidance for clients to ensure a successful program launch and ongoing success

  • With the Rx Savings Solutions Content & Brand team, develop and maintain employer member engagement case studies and success stories

  • Manage client engagement assets

  • Compile reports to measure, track, and evaluate campaign effectiveness and member engagement

  • Manage vendors as needed to create marketing materials, videos, and emails

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of marketing and/or operational experience with demonstrated increased responsibility

  • Excellent written and verbal communicator with strong project management skills

  • Well-organized, capable of juggling multiple projects, with a passion for learning

  • Self-motivated and self-directed

  • Willingness to adapt to change in a growing company

  • Ability to present and contribute ideas

  • Proven ability to work in team environment

It would be nice if you had...

  • Experience working with Salesforce.com and the Microsoft Office Suite

As part of Total Rewards, we are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at CoverMyMeds. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$73,000 - $121,600
