Position Summary:

Oversee all aspects of e-Commerce inventory management and financial forecasting and planning. Partner with various leaders within the organization including merchandising, marketing, and warehouse management to monitor and execute inventory and financial plans in order to drive to enterprise level digital plan. Essential Job Functions:

  • Direct and implement strategic direction of enterprise ecommerce inventory planning team
  • Lead S&OP process ensuring synergies and collaboration between planning and warehouse
  • Create and communicate daily, period level total enterprise digital forecast along with potential risk to yearly plan
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders within enterprise Digital Experience to drive the overall plan
  • Oversee inventory planning and purchasing for enterprise wide e-Commerce assortment
  • Coordinate, communicate, and partner on all e-Commerce banner promotional activities with regards to inventory needs and warehouse KPI’s to help drive service-level agreement (SLA) standards
  • Manage and maximize e-Commerce profit and inventory levels through vendor relationship
  • Align with cross functional stakeholders on all components of e-Commerce enterprise financial forecasting including sales, traffic, conversion, average order value (AOV) store openings, throttle capacity, etc.
  • Prepare, manage, and communicate divisional and category level digital forecast
  • Partner with various marketing and merchandising area owners to understand impacts to overall digital KPI’s based on enterprise campaigns and strategies as well as post mortem results
  • Research and understand financial ecommerce KPI risks at a daily, period, yearly level to plan numbers and strategize with various business owners and management to continually maximize revenue growth
  • Partner with 84.51 on customer behavior and spend within each modality and enterprise level to ensure continual digital growth
  • Collaborate with digital operations team to understand store opening impacts and identify plan risks based on calendar and divisional roll outs
  • Manage and maintain effective communication with cross-functional partners
  • Complete daily ad hoc business analysis
  • Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
  • Travel to work campuses to attend company meetings
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Minimum Position Qualifications/Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years’ experience in one of the following areas: eCommerce, sourcing, replenishment buying/procurement, merchandising
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills and extreme attention-to-detail
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills
