E-commerce Order-Fufillment Manager - CONSUMER ELECTRONICS

AAXA Technologies is looking for an experienced E-commerce Order-Fulfillment Manager to help manage our Ecommerce Operations. The position will be responsible for many aspects of Operations including Order-fulfillment, Bookkeeping, Customer Service, Logistics, RMA, and Inventory Control.

This position is full-time and in-office at our Irvine, California location.

We are looking for someone with a strong background in E-commerce, Order-fulfillment, Shipping Logistics, Bookkeeping and very comfortable with Quickbooks (Enterprise), Amazon VC/SC, Excel / Google Docs, and a few years experience working at small to medium sized E-commerce companies.

Candidates should have a bachelors degree with a few years work experience. Candidates must very comfortable working in a fast paced small business environment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Manage Ecommerce accounts including Order-fulfillment of Wholesale orders of Tier 1 distributors and resellers including POs, invoicing, logistics scheduling. Accounts include Amazon, Walmart, Ingram Micro, and other Tier 1 accounts.

-Manage inventory including inventory receiving, audits, both new and refurbished inventory
-Assist with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
-Provide technical support, provide technical support training when needed
-Assist sales process including supporting large volume retail and B2B sales orders-Manage spreadsheet entries and databases for discount models, inventory tracking, etc.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

-E-commerce Fulfillment Experience including Amazon, distributors, etc.

-Experience with Quickbooks Enterprise

-Experience with Shipping, Logistics, Inventory Management

-Strong math and spreadsheet skills
-Good technical understanding of electronic hardware including computers and consumer electronics
-Excellent understanding of Order-fulfillment and Logistics process
-Great Customer Service skills and detail oriented-Tech and Internet Savvy

COMPENSATION

$60-$85k annual
