Responsibilities
- Navigating utility provider websites to access utility bills.
- Contacting and working with providers through email and phone calls.
- Recording and updating pertinent information in Conservice software.
- Archiving bill images in order to start processing.
- Work on utility provider websites to set up login information and paperless billing
- Maintain and remove logins that are no longer needed.
Qualifications
- You feel comfortable using a computer and learning electronic processes.
- You're an expert at communicating over the phone and through email.
- You act with patience and persistence during stressful situations.
- Able to make unaided decisions and prioritize your workload
- You are committed to achieving high personal and team standards.
- You will need to have advanced attention to detail.
