When/Where

This is a hybrid position with days worked from home and days in our Westlake, TX office. All members of this team work a set schedule including both day and evening shifts, as well as weekends. This role is guaranteed 40 hours per week.

Your Team

You will be part of the Driver support team and will report to the Dispatch Operations Supervisor.

Responsibilities of the Position

• Manage inbound and outbound communication with last mile delivery drivers
• Creatively problem solve
• Quickly assess driver needs and provide sound solutions
• Document details of all communication and customer interactions
• Monitor driver route progress and performance
• Provide coaching to drivers throughout the day
• Schedule drivers
• Coordinate operations support with drivers to ensure timely route completion

Qualifications

Prior experience as an Amazon DSP driver required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
