Ambassador Management Group (AMB) is changing how CDL drivers are recruited and how companies handle recruiting. We have developed a system that produces leads that are less costly, and a process that gets drivers in seats faster than ever before. We partner with dozens of trucking companies around the country helping them place drivers and keep their wheels turning.

Originally based in the greater Kansas City area, AMB currently services carriers all across the country.

About the Position

As we expand, AMB is looking for Driver Recruiters to join our team. The
recruiters will work directly with pre-qualified applicants to help determine if one of our partners is a good fit while guiding them through the compliance process. You will interact by phone, text, and email with applicants while also coordinating with our partner companies.

This is a 100% remote position. However, occasional travel may be required for training and team events. Work hours are flexible.

Qualifications

We understand that every candidate brings unique skills to the position, many of which can’t be expressed in a job posting or application. Below are some of the minimum qualifications we believe a candidate must have to be successful in this role:

- Access to reliable internet, cell phone, and computer
- Strong communication skills, especially by phone, text, and email
- Highly organized, particularly with online tools
- Understanding of digital tools such as Google Workspace, Aircall, and more

Compensation & Benefits

We strive to compensate our team members well, both with direct pay and benefits. Regardless if you are full-time or part-time, you are eligible for all of the perks that we offer.

- Commission pay

• $250-$2000/hire
• 1099 position

- Ramp up recruiting bonuses

• $250 bonus on first hire
• $250 bonus on 10th hire
• $500 bonus on 20th hire

- Annual OTE: $65,000 - $80,000

• 2/wk = $60k annually
• 3/wk = $80k annually

- LEADS PROVIDED

• We do all the marketing
• 100-125 NEW, FRESH leads weekly
• Database of thousands of driver leads

Pay: $60,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
