Under the direction of the QPC Supervisor, and in coordination with the QPC Program Support Specialist, the Driver will provide transportation for youth and families to participate in the QPC Program.

Essential Functions:

• Provide transportation to and from QPC Program.
• Maintain gas card and receipts.
• Ensure vehicle gas tank is not less than ½ tank before returning vehicle back to agency.
• Maintain a mileage tracking log.
• Complete pre-trip and post trip vehicle inspection reports for assigned agency vehicles.
• Maintenance of vehicle cleanliness, report issues and concerns.
• Performs additional duties, as assigned.
• Installation of Car seats as needed.

Education/Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma and 1 to 2 years’ of driving experience. Strong communication skills and writing skills. Must have a valid driver’s license and no traffic violations on record.
