The DreamWork Coach reports to the Manager of DreamWork and supports the dreams and goals of employees who have requested life and career coaching. Additionally, the DreamWork Coach will oversee the programs administration, communication, and internal marketing efforts in collaboration with the DreamWork manager. While the DreamWork program is already well established, we are looking for someone who aligns with our core values and will maintain the current brand while enhancing it with their own creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities:

Coaching

  • Provide individualized one-on-one coaching sessions to Weatherby employees at all levels and across all roles, including senior leaders, sales consultants, operations, and administrative staff.

  • Coaching anywhere between 75+ clients per year.

  • Firmly adhere to the ICF Core Competencies and Code of ethics

  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality with internal clients while rapidly building trust.

  • Acutely aware of when therapy is needed and making appropriate referrals while maintaining dignity and care for the client

  • Thoughtfully navigating within HR/Legal framework of client/coach agreement

Communications:

  • Work with Marketing and Communications to develop creative and fun digital, print and email designs and communication strategies for Dreamwork initiatives and to promote the program.

  • Create and contribute written/video content to company intranet.

  • Conduct large and small group presentations to educate about coaching and the D|W program

  • Enhance and streamline current enrollment process which may include; videos and knowledge assessments

  • Ensure a consistent connection with clients currently in the program and past clients.

Oversight of Program:

  • Monitor progress and use proven coaching tools and approaches to inspire sustained action and remove perceived obstacles to success.

  • Provide data driven, quarterly to yearly updates to executive team on progress, success and opportunities.

  • Collaborate with other teams and initiatives within Weatherby as opportunities arise.

  • Additional responsibilities will be added as the team grows.

  • Maintain administrative duties such as but not limited to; scheduling, data collection, reporting and record keeping.

  • Refine and update current processes and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Sensitivity to various learning mindsets and approaches across different business areas and team cultures

  • Must have at minimum 5+ years of consistent life and career coaching experience.

  • Must be accountable for running small to medium scale projects from start to finish.

  • Situational adaptability as the business grows and evolves.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.

  • Experienced presenting ideas and information to leadership and group settings

  • Strong reasoning, expert negotiation, wise decision making, consensus-building, proactive problem solving and personable, collaboration skills.

  • Self- motivated, highly organized, business oriented, ability to quickly build trust and relationships, articulate concepts and take the initiative to drive and execute with excellence.

  • Savvy technology skills to include 365 Microsoft Suite, One drive, surveys, and other CMS

  • Creative ability to leverage internal/external systems and resources with a limited budget

  • Strong skills in measuring effectiveness of the programs ROI and ROE while maintain anonymity of clients

  • Be open to embrace and implement mentor coaching and feedback

  • Proactive and continuously advancing your own coaching abilities and self-development

Education & years of experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences, business, marketing, and/or human resources

  • Completed a professional ICF coach training program certification

  • Active ICF PCC Credential required

  • Must have at minimum 5+ years of consistent life and career coaching experience with wide range of people at all levels.

  • Coaching Recordings will be required in the interview process, please be prepared to submit upon request.

Preferred skills:

  • Prior Internal Coaching experience for mid-size sales/staffing company

  • Prior Project Management, Human Resources and Training/Facilitation experience a BIG plus

  • Certified in coaching assessments such as DISC, 360, EQ, and/or Strength Finders

  • Additional coach training certifications to round out coaching portfolio. i.e., Financial, time management, health, communication, group coaching.

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $56,800.00- $154,200.00 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
