Primary Project: Missile Defense Program Analyst

Position Description: Provide support and analysis for OUSD(A&S) Missile Defense acquisition programs. Includes providing:

• In-depth acquisition, programmatic, policy, technical, and mission engineering support for the Missile Defense (MD) mission area to include acquisition strategy, cost, schedule, performance and risk analysis.
• Analysis and staffing support for MD acquisition programs.
• Assistance and subject matter expertise in MD policy, MD-related governance and organization, and MD-related acquisition policy to support the Strategic, Space, and Intelligence Portfolio Management Office.
• Support includes executing DoD enterprise processes (e.g. Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE), CAPE Issue Process, Strategic Portfolio Reviews), reviewing and coordinating draft correspondence, preparing reports, tracking actions, and providing recommendations.

Required Experience:

• 15 years of DoD and/or IC acquisition or operations support.
• Experience with acquisition programs
• Experience with Missile Defense programs (Sensors, C2CMC and or Interceptors)
• Knowledge of OSD staffing procedures, Integrated Air & Missile Defense community relationships, and key issues for planning and programming.
• Experience in preparing Undersecretary-level senior leadership to effectively chair Missile Defense Executive Boards, In-Progress Reviews and Special Program Reviews (SPRs) for Acquisition programs.

Desired Experience:

• Service-level PME and/or specialized mission area training
• DAU Acquisition Level I/II/III

Education Requirements:
- BS/BA (Required)
- Masters (Desired)

Security Requirements:
- TS/SCI eligible
- Willing to take a CI poly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $190,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
