YOUR SCHEDULE AS A DISPATCHING SPECIALIST - PLUMBING CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

This full-time dispatcher position works from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCHING SPECIALIST - PLUMBING CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

In this dispatcher position, you fulfill your duties by answering phone calls promptly and scheduling appointments for our customers. Your approach to customer service is proactive, as you attentively listen to the needs of our customers and efficiently dispatch our technicians to each job. Apart from your dispatching responsibilities, you handle any customer concerns that need to be resolved with competence.

You build excellent rapport with our clients while keeping our technicians on track. Your dedication to your work has enabled you to exceed our company objectives and you thrive in our fun and fast-paced office environment. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DISPATCHING SPECIALIST - PLUMBING CUSTOMER SERVICE REP

• High school diploma OR equivalent
• 1+ years of office administration education OR comparable work experience
• Experience with business and invoicing systems
• Ability to type at least 50 words per minute
• Good computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
