Job Description:
- Cleans dishes, kitchen, food preparation equipment, or utensils ensuring proper water temperature is being used
- Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas ensuring that health and safety standards are met
- Stores cleaning supplies as required by regulation.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area
- Assist with food preparation, including slicing meats, chopping vegetables, and preparing sandwich ingredients
- Ensure all food items are properly stored and labeled
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment
- Uphold our standards for cleanliness, presentation, and food quality
- Adhere to portion control and food waste reduction measures
- Assist in maintaining inventory and stocking supplies as needed
- Support other team members and perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 6+ years of previous experience in a similar role
- California Food Handlers Card
- Covid vaccination
