Wild Roots Market in Felton and Boulder Creek, are independently owned and operated markets serving the San Lorenzo Valley community. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about high quality food and beverages. We need someone who is Customer Service oriented and can motivate others. We are looking for individuals who can make a commitment to sustainable values and to us by becoming a member of our Deli Team. This is an hourly, part time position and includes weekends. Discount card, 401k, and gain sharing available. Full time include benefits.

Salary starts at $16.00/hr based on experience

The successful candidates will have:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a fast paced, back of house restaurant or deli
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly nature
- An understanding of inventory and waste control procedures
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a growing and evolving company
- The ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time

- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Able to effectively manage difficult situations and emotions in the workplace
