  • Utilize your network of strong media relationships, as well as proactive outreach methods, to broaden our brand awareness and continually improve our perception through placements in high-quality publications.
  • Develop and lead PR plans to support product launches and consumer campaigns. You will be responsible for defining the goals and KPIs for each initiative, and for executing them through high-quality pitches, press releases, etc. You will equip our media partners with all of the information and tools they need in order to tell the story that we want to tell.
  • Measure and assess both ongoing and campaign-specific efforts against previously defined goals and KPIs to determine success, develop learnings, and optimize future efforts.
  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to understand: the purpose and goals of various features; timeline expectations; and product dependencies. You will be expected to develop a deep knowledge of our product functionality and roadmap. Relatedly, it will be important for you to maintain a thorough understanding of the competitive fintech landscape.

Who you are:

  • You hold 7-10 years of PR experience, including media relations and corporate communications at a high-growth start-up and/or established, innovative, consumer tech company.

  • You are proactive and driven; from relationship building to actually executing the work – you thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
  • You have excellent communication and operational skills. You manage projects, time, and relationships exceedingly well.
  • You are highly organized and detail oriented. Whether you’re working alone or within a broader team, you continue to drive the work forward, all while keeping your key stakeholders informed of and aligned with your progress.
