Director of Operations Support, Provider Networks, Remote Job at Aledade
We are looking for an exceptional
Director of Operations Support to join Aledade’s Provider Networks team. This is a newly created role reporting to the VP of Provider Networks Operations. This Director is an execution-oriented leader who will work collaboratively across all Aledade teams and levels to develop and drive high priority, impactful administrative and operational initiatives in Aledade’s high-growth environment.
The Director will be a solution-oriented thinker who is excited to offer effective and high-value operational support to address administrative and functional challenges within the department. The Director will be a utility player taking on process improvement efforts as warranted.
As the Director of Administrative Operations, you will be responsible for:
- Support the VP of Provider Networks Operations in identifying and executing on opportunities across the company that create efficiency, remove obstacles, or improve processes and approaches within the business.
- Strong understanding in one or more of the following areas: start-up operations, project management, process improvement, finance or human resources/organizational design
- Support department budget management, resource allocation, and field operations.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with track record leading diverse teams
- Astute at aligning interests and driving action and outcomes through other departments not directly under your control
- Synthesize feedback from functional teams, customers, users, and other stakeholders to identify process gaps and optimization opportunities.
- Oversee department administrative and operational infrastructure needs that support scaling & sustainability.
- Manage cross-functional work streams and initiatives projects, while always driving to clarify roles, responsibilities, and best practices for long term effectiveness.
- Experience communicating with C-level executives, Boards and board committees
- Able to prioritize one's own and others' work to ensure objectives are accomplished.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Manage a future team of direct/indirect reports.
What We Value:
- 10+ years of progressive work experience, including 5+ years in healthcare experience and track record of program/project management, operational excellence, and process improvement through key projects and initiatives
- Five or more years of supervisory experience, including supervising managers
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or similar degree preferred
- Leader who removes roadblocks and obstacles while driving high performance
- Proven ability to lead, coordinate, and facilitate new ideas into action in a fast-paced environment, while collaborating across multiple, dynamic, projects and teams
- Willingness to travel as needed to Aledade’s headquarters or markets
