POSITION SUMMARY

The Director of Franchise Operations will be instrumental in the development and success of multiple 10X Health locations. This individual will form strategic relationships with potential franchisees and guide them through the opening of new clinics across the US. The Director of Franchise Operations will have a solid understanding of how to scale effectively to ensure consistent operations.

OBJECTIVES

• Work directly with Executive Team, Operations Team and Franchisees to onboard and ensure operational success in our franchise locations
• Responsible for overseeing the preparation, setup, training, opening, and ongoing operation of new locations
• Direct and hold franchise support teams accountable for service and operations excellence
• Oversee development, training and support for franchise operators
• Ensure adherence to 10X Health procedures, policies and specifications designed to deliver the highest quality service in integrated and storefront franchise units
• Conduct inspections and audits of 10X Health locations to ensure brand standards are being met
• Report daily, weekly, monthly financial performance analysis of each location
• Set and adhere to targets with the franchise teams
• Develop and implement best practices for 10X Health franchise operation

COMPETENCIES

• Demonstrate thorough understanding of 10X Health brand and business model in order to effectively duplicate
• Ability to build strategic relationships with potential franchisees and provide information on the process
• Ability to identify and establish organizational KPIs for 10X Health locations and drive company goals
• Demonstrate leadership qualities to coach and train franchise owners
• Knowledge of 10X Health compliance, process and standards to ensure accountability across locations
• Possess high level of financial acumen in order to interpret reports and identify areas of opportunity
• Understanding of reports and KPI tracking to help with audits
• Expert project management skill set in order to effectively manage multiple operations
• Knowledge of any compliance or legal issues when expanding into different locations to ensure a smooth process

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 10 years’ experience in a Franchise Consulting or Regional Director role
• MBA preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
