As a DSP (Direct Support Professional) you would be part of a collaborative team that is adaptable, mission oriented, goal driven, highly organized, efficient, a positive role model, and exercises good judgment and decision making skills. DSP's work directly with our individuals to provide support and skills training in order to promote the greatest level of independence possible for each individual. Our managers are committed to providing you with the coaching needed to be the best DSP you can be.
