Dentons is currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Specialist (Content and Email Marketing) to be resident in any Dentons office in the US, excluding Denver and New York. The Digital Marketing Specialist will contribute across several digital marketing channels and functionalities by working on a campaign and project basis on email marketing, website content management and analytics. The role will also serve as an advocate for digital marketing for the Firm internally. The Digital Marketing team works to continuously increase profile and opportunities, through the collaborative and measured use of integrated, multi-channel digital marketing practices and tools that empower Dentons marketers, business developers and professionals to generate more leads, improve more outcomes, close more deals and increase their efficiencies This role reports into the Senior Manager of CRM and Engagement for the Americas.

Responsibilities:
Content

• Be the point of contact for the US Region for website requests in regards to content management within the Dentons websites
• Implement content updates to the Firm’s website and microsites using the Firm’s CMS, Sitecore, WordPress and SharePoint, as well as direct HTML coding
• Provide assistance and guidance to other Sitecore and WordPress users
• Ensure all website content posted adheres to Firm standards and is SEO compliant
• Assist in coordinating content, and the build, launch and maintenance of microsites and blogs
• Manage lawyer biography updates for the US Region on Dentons.com

Email Marketing

• Format, optimize and distribute email-marketing campaigns in Vuture (email marketing platform), including announcements, thought leadership pieces, newsletters and event invitations for the US Region
• Ensure distributions adhere to brand standards, marketing best practices and applicable regulations, including regional anti-spam laws
• Work with the Firm’s lawyers, support staff and business services professionals to build and nurture productive marketing mailing lists
• Assist in the creation, analysis and interpretation of reports as requested for email marketing using Vuture

Other

• Assist in supporting digital marketing integration when onboarding new member firms
• Train new member firms and C&M hires on Vuture and Sitecore according to global practices
• Own and manage the production and distribution of relevant reports, as requested
• Develop and maintain documentation relating to the role and team function
• Other duties as assigned

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, diploma or certificate, preferably in Marketing or Digital Marketing, required
• A minimum of two years of experience using and training on SiteCore, InterAction and/or Vuture, is highly desirable
• Must be computer literate with strong working knowledge of common desktop applications and collaboration tools, ideally MS Office and MS Teams
• Advanced Excel is a preferred
• Base knowledge of HTML and CSS required
• Strong communicator, contributor and collaborator in group settings and in one-on-one meetings
• Resilient, highly organized and able to meet deadlines and tasks, and can escalate when challenges arise
• Analytical and capable of providing data insights and practical solutions to challenges
• Methodical and thorough with a strong focus on attention to detail, accuracy and the need for documentation and process
• Able to execute standard set of daily tasks that requires long periods of focus Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently
• Energetic, self-motivated with a strong focus on excellent customer satisfaction
• Demonstrates initiative through recommending improvements and the ability to be proactive with management, while also being able to follow instructions and provide support to the team
• Able to work with a distributed team across multiple cultures, regions and time zones
