We are seeking a Digital Analyst to join our Marketing team in the New York City office. This role part is within the Digital Marketing team and will assist with designing and executing customer journeys within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, while helping the business capitalize on the full benefits of the platform's extensive capabilities. This person will interface directly with internal Marketing users and leaders to understand their needs and ensure effective customer journeys and omnichannel strategies are launched and evaluated for impact.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide members of the Digital Marketing Team with support, focused particularly on Social (content calendar, scheduling, reporting), Email (creation, execution, analytics), Website Management and SEO.
Email:
- Execute email campaigns in partnership with the team and vendor.
- Pull targeted lists, manage audience and list segmentation, and complete any other data requirements for campaign execution.
- Run tests and pull results analysis for email marketing campaigns.
- Complete QA and process checks to ensure error-free deployments.
- Troubleshoot issues (e.g., ensure emails, forms, and assets are rendering across devices and email clients, data alignment, etc.)
- Monitor and minimize unsubscribe/bounce complaint rates and ensure spam regulation compliance.
- Pull monthly results reporting and analysis.
Social:
- Execute the social media content calendar, social scheduling across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
- Measure the success of every social media campaign.
- Use social media marketing tools such as Sprout.
- Reporting across platforms.
- External research of what our competitors are posting.
- External research on DEI Corporate posts and trends, and about us on LinkedIn.
Website:
- Google Analytics Monthly Reporting.
- Manage updates to the website in WordPress i.e. term sheets, rate sheets etc.
- Join agile team to identify optimizations and work with design, IT, and internal stakeholders to solution, build, and launch new pages and site features.
SEO:
- Track relevant keyword performance.
- Make edits/enhancements to existing website content.
- Improve Greystone’s organic ranking on google.
General Digital Marketing:
- Responsible for project management through deploying and managing campaigns to meet deadlines and milestones in order to provide timely updates on overall status.
- Document campaign and processes, identify efficiency improvements of campaign production, and roll-out initiatives to streamline email marketing.
- Manage budget expenses. Reconcile, and manage budget tracker, reporting in order to keep projects within approved scope.
Experience, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced corporate environment preferred.
- Reliable self-starter who can initiate and keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously.
- Problem-solver who uses critical thinking skills to prioritize and effectively deal with high-pressure situations.
- Team player: with a positive attitude, eager to learn and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
- Ability to self-manage workflow and provide ongoing status updates with limited supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and extremely well-organized
- Excellent computer skills and strong skillset in Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Ideal candidate has prior working experience on journey building and campaign execution, and the position requires a dynamic and tech-savvy marketing communicator.
- Experience desired in Marketing Cloud's automation studio, contact builder, mobile studio and journey builder to encourage cross-channel marketing and shape best practices.

Greystone offers a competitive base salary and bonus. The base salary range for this position is $63,000 to $86,000/year. The specific compensation that will be offered is based on an understanding of the hired candidates' qualifications at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on employee work performance reviewed during the annual review process.
