About this position,

The Digital Ad Manager role will help the marketing team produce results through strategic digital marketing campaign efforts.

You will not only analyze, optimize, plan, and produce marketing campaigns, but also be an emotionally intelligent and effective leader, team oriented, motivated/disciplined marketer.

Looking for someone who has experience managing digital marketing campaigns.

• Experience building campaigns on channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing, etc.

• 1 year of experience managing digital marketing campaigns

What you will do,

• Analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns

• Communicate and improve team members to performance/production

• Design, manage, and optimize digital campaigns

• Enforce standards, policies, and quotas with your team and make corrections as needed

• Lead by example and develop your team to reach their full potential

• Attend relevant meetings and have open communication with management/HR

• Manage digital marketing budget to meet ROI goals

• Create a great team environment of motivation

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
