The Franchise Development and Marketing Director develops, implements, maintains, and trains franchise owners on all marketing functions for Essential Speech and ABA Therapy to build brand awareness and also oversees lead generation and sales for franchise ownership.

Franchise Development and Marketing Director Position Includes:

• Brand Representation through online/web advertising, search engine marketing, direct mail, radio, social, web content, recruitment materials, trade shows, etc.
• Content Creation
• Manages the annual franchise development marketing plan.
• Sales and lead generation for potential franchisees.
• Tracks all steps of the franchising workflow and provides updates to the ownership team on a consistent basis.
• Serves as the first point of contact for all prospective franchisees.
• Sales and Marketing training for franchisees
• HR / Recruiting training for franchisees
• Public Relations
• CRM and LMS Management
• Assists the CEO with other day-to-day functions related to vetting, training, and supporting franchisees

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing , or related field
• Takes initiative and works well independently or within a team environment
• A great attitude (maintaining a positive reputation is imperative)
• 3+ year experience in marketing or branding
• Background in sales preferred
• Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate cross-culturally.
• Detailed oriented, professional attitude, and dedicated work ethic.
• Capability to meet or exceed established productivity expectations and objectives.
• Ability and willingness to respond with urgency when needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
