Design Director – Lead the Design Team to the next level

As a Design Director you will be responsible for planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of design projects and tasks to ensure smooth progress. You will also pitch creative concepts confidently and present the designs clearly to clients, as well as communicate in the same manner to members of the design team.

You will need to lead multiple projects from conception to completion in accordance with deadlines. Collaborate with Account managers, operations managers, and other stakeholders. Manage workload and resources in the team including the offshore designers. You will also be responsible for supervising design team and provide constructive feedback.

Position Overview

· Annual Compensation: $70K to $100K (Base salary plus bonus.)

Preferred Experience

· A masters/undergraduate design degree

· Strong experience in creative design field

· Experience leading design teams and setting design strategy

· Experience in sign industry required

· Experience working with Architects & Designers strongly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
