Details of the Opportunity: Immediate need for hire and will accept for Permanent and Locum Tenens applicants.
Dates/ Schedule needed: Please submit providers availability. Open to a full or part time applicant.
Hours: 8 to 5 Monday to Thursday and 8 to 12 on Fridays, no weekend hours.
Average Caseload: Moderate patient load per day
Patient Population: All ages
Additional Details:
Salary: For permanent they range from $800,000+
Hourly/Salary: Hourly for Locum Tenens and salary for Permanent applicants
Hotel Covered: Yes for Locum
Mileage Covered: Yes for Locum
Any Stipend or Benefits: Medical, Dental, 401K Profit Sharing Plan, Life Insurance, Long-term disability for Permanent
