Gallaher Fleet Solutions is seeking a skilled professional to join our growing parts department. We are in need of an individual who can assist our operations manager and parts manager in the daily tasks with running the parts department effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be smart, hungry and humble as well as be willing to help in any way possible to get the job done.

Job description
- Assist the parts manager with ordering, receiving and organizing the parts as they are put into the system.
- Work with parts vendors to ensure the proper parts are ordered in a timely manner.
- Work alongside the service department and technicians to communicate which parts are needed from our vendors to repair the truck.
- Organize the parts room and keep accurate inventory of parts.
- Pick up or return parts as needed.
- Enter the parts invoices into the shop management system
- Review the service order parts to ensure the proper parts are being charged out per the job.
- Work with the office management team to ensure the parts cores and returns are tracked and the paperwork is properly filed.
- Follow detailed instructions from the operations manager on any special parts projects.
- Assist the team in tasks that need to get the job done.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
