We are looking for a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our thriving practice. The ideal Dental Receptionist will have experience working in a dental/medical office, comprehensive understanding of insurance verification, exceptional customer service skills, positive attitude, and strong computer knowledge.
Dentrix experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a smile
- Answering Telephones
- Scheduling appointments
- Posting payments to patient account and collecting as needed
- Experience working in a dental office, preferred
- Knowledge of insurance plans, is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
- Minimum 1 year experience is a plus
