Dental Call Center Financial Coordinator Job at Care Dentistry Group
Family owned group of dental practices is seeking a motivated and experienced Treatment Coordinator to arrange financials of dental treatment presented and not closed. This position will be located in our call center and will require a high number of outbound calls.
The Treatment Coordinator needs to have knowledge in all facets of dentistry.
5+ years of experience needed.
Bilingual in Spanish required
Must be proficient in treatment coordination (working with the Doctor to present and sell cases)
Knowledge of dental software's
Comfortable with third party financing (CAre Credit, Lending Club etc.)
Ability to connect and convert patient's for treatment
An Ideal Candidate should be capable of completing all of the following day to day duties including but not limited to; recall, scheduling, presenting treatments, collecting payments etc.
Friendly, highly self- motivated, reliable, trustworthy
Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
