We are looking for a Full-time Demand Generation Specialist to join our team at NEWPRO.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Build, execute, and optimize digital marketing funnel across platforms and verticals (FB, Google, Pinterest, YouTube)
- Manage a team of digital marketing specialists and lead them in achieving lofty profit goals
- Develop paid search/social strategy based on client-specific goals and KPIs
- Actively test and analyze targeting criteria, ad creatives, landing pages, and bid strategies to drive results in line with clients’ goals
- Communicate performance results and strategy recommendations to management
- Identify and maximize new opportunities for client growth
- Think creatively to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results
- Follow industry trends, drive innovation, and contribute to training
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in managing, developing, and optimizing paid digital marketing across social and search
- Strong technical understanding and experience in: Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager
- Ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills and good judgement
- Creative ability to develop new copy and messaging strategies
- Should be a self-starter with a tenacious desire to problem solve and crack-the-ad-codes with our target audiences and geographic locations
- Strong leadership qualities and track-record of effectively working with other departments/teams
- Preferred but not required: experience managing a small team, click rate optimization, design, copywriting, landing page creation.
