AGM Tech Solutions, on behalf of the Client - a Global Pharmaceutical Company, is hiring a Data Quality Lead to work hybrid onsite in Northern, NJ. This is an immediate need and a minimum of one year in length.

The Data Quality Lead will be responsible for the following:

• Development of a data quality and automation framework for Pharma Data Hub

• Define KPIs and dashboards to track data quality for ops and business teams

• Building and supporting ongoing operations, systems, and practices (technical and behavioral) that align with data quality

• Having a good understanding of Commercial Pharma data domain

• Work closely with various upstream and downstream data system owners and define data quality handshakes

• Triaging and addressing operational issues related to data quality and ensure it will get addressed on time and will not occur again

• Keeping a pulse on disruptive trends that indicate where digital data technology will drive increased value within the life sciences industry from data quality perspective

• Manage data elements through QA lifecycle within the construct of enterprise architecture for Pharma Data Hub

• Roadmap development for initial manual processes for data quality issue management and data quality rules development

• Implement and test data quality rules and detect data quality issues

• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other Business units

• Reduce manual intervention of data quality processes by introducing automation

Major Accountabilities

Leadership

• Establishes and directly oversees data quality process and manage data quality dashboard implementation, working closely with Vendors, Novartis IT, and other BUs

• Identifies and mitigates any data quality risks through rigorous enforcing of the adopted data validation processes from technical and business point of view

• Coordinates with other Data Leads and NVS IT to guide Pharma Data Hub & Global IT roadmap to support US Pharma needs

• Brings technical expertise for solutions that support the data quality needs of the Commercial Acceleration organization

Operational

• Provides guidelines and standards for digital data quality and transformation, as aligned with

overall data for Pharma organization and shared service in Oncology

• Proactively monitors the execution of the data quality processes including automation of data

quality dashboards, and publishes the results

• Triages and addresses operational data issues related to data quality from a variety of

independent digital information channels

• Upholds processes for evaluating and optimizing digital data sources, enabling digital

analytics and data-driven decision making

• Supports cross-functional Data and Platforms Org solution delivery projects and collaborates

with/ provides input on digital data impacts to relevant stakeholders

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour
