Job description
We are a healthcare company in need of an individual with the ability, accuracy and work ethic to perform data entry in a high-volume office.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry of patient demographic information and equipment orders
- Learn and become proficient with Company’s billing software and optimize its functionality to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain confidentiality and security with all privileged information
- Answer inbound phone calls from patients and physicians with inquiries ranging from simple questions to researching and resolving potential billing inaccuracies.
- Perform other administrative tasks as directed
Qualifications
- Type 50+ wpm
- Proficient with 10 key
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
- Positive and cooperative attitude in working and communicating with co-workers and customers
- Conscientious about attendance and timeliness
- Detail oriented and well-organized with problem-solving skills
- Must be motivated to expand knowledge and skills
- Knowledge of medical field preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older

Salary: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour
