Data Entry/Administrative Assistant Job at Samson Funding

We are currently seeking a data entry administrator to process applications, input information, draw up contracts and provide our firm's managers with general and administrative support. This is an opportunity for a hard worker who is interested in learning and growing in a fast paced work environment.
Requirements:
Candidates must be comfortable taking on tasks that vary from day to day, and will be expected to offer help when a need arises.
Communication skills are a must; candidates will be acting as the first point of contact, dealing with all correspondence and phone calls.
Technology Skills - Candidates will be processing applications, entering information into our CRM and drawing up contracts. Candidates must be confident working with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Collaboration - candidates must be able to work seamlessly with coworkers from all over the company, which means understanding everyone's role and figuring out how to be most useful to the group.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- New York, NY 10004: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
