Job Details

- Maintain knowledge of company-wide systems and processes, recommending enhancements and training opportunities, as needed.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of data reporting systems and the tracking software, both conforming to company and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain standards for dashboards and reporting initiatives.
- Perform analysis and valuation for system improvement, data quality and usage metrics, and data integration.
- Develop a strong prioritization framework to ensure team is focused on highest-value initiatives.
- Account reconciliation, posting, exceptions tracking and reporting
- Coordinates with Operations to check and verify that all entries are accurate
- Serves as the first point of contact for inquiries from operations executive
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as required and maybe assigned to one area or function
- Participate in Disaster Recovery exercises to ensure smooth recovery of department operations after business disruption.
- Actively participate and implement the root cause assessment during daily incident report investigations, deviations of procedures and raw materials
- Frequently applies technical knowledge to resolve more complex problems.
