- Troubleshoot Diagnostics products and instruments
- First point of contact for Diagnostics products range
- Manage and resolve complex customer issues via remote technology such as instrument screen sharing, predictive alerts, Log Analysis Tools, and Abbott link IoT solution.
- Analyze the problems and troubleshoot them
- Answering inbound phone calls, opening Service Tickets & triaging those tickets
- BS degree
- 2-3 medical lab environment
- Good customer service experience
