Compensation:$78,500 - $103,500 yearly
Responsibilities:Sales and Lead Generation:
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, effectively communicating the value and benefits of Andrews Financial Group's products and services.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to generate interest, overcome objections, and close sales.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Build rapport and establish trust with customers through professional and empathetic communication.
- Assist customers in navigating our products or services, explaining features and benefits, and guiding them in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their loyalty and satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers after sales to ensure their needs are met and foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate and timely sales reports, including daily activity logs, sales pipelines, and performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the sales management team on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust over the phone.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to effectively promote products and close sales.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting relationships.
