Responsibilities:*
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
- Assist concerned customers with patience, kindness, and empathy
- Use computer programs to coordinate, record, track, and troubleshoot information
- Schedule routes
- Process payments
Requirements:
- Treat everyone with kindness, respect, and empathy
- Familiar with Google Suite, Gmail, and Mac/PC knowledge
- Excellent customer service skills
- Coachable & collaborative
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Must live in ID, MT, OR, or WA
