Customer Service Representative (sign on bonus) Job at Yellowstone Structural Systems
Yellowstone Structural Systems (YSS) is a regional leader in foundation repair, waterproofing, concrete repair, and the geotechnical construction industry, and we are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of the company by working closely with customers on the phone and being a team player to the internal office.

What You Would Do:
- Represent us by answering all inbound calls, setting sales appointments, and following up with customers
- Keep customer and company records current
- Provide tactical support to other departments in the company
- Provide our customers with a remarkable experience
What We Need for this Role:
- Must live in or near Belgrade/Bozeman Montana (this is not a remote position)
- 1+ years of experience in the customer service field preferred
- Extraordinary telephone and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in computer programs and apps
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Sales experience is preferred, but not required
- Inbound lead experience is preferred, but not required
