Our Outbound Team is a pillar of the entire organization’s effort to improve the overall customer experience. We are looking for an outgoing and well-spoken CSR to make outbound calls to customers. Duties will include but are not limited to: Booking scheduled service appointments for club members; Membership renewals & retention; Promoting special services; Follow-up opportunities and happy calls.
Essential duties & responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to schedule service calls and promote
- Answer customer questions and provide basic services information
- Sell and renew memberships
- Follow scripting to provide a consistent experience for clients
- Cross-promote various trade services to customers
- Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
- Complete any responsibilities assigned by the manager
Pay Rate: $16 Hourly + Commission
Remote: After an initial in-office training, remote work is available.
Flexible Schedules: Our agents will be able to set their own schedule:
Days:Monday – Saturday- Hours: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
- Part-time: 32 hours
- Full-time: 40 hours

Skills you bring for success:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- 2+ years of sales, call center, customer service, or appointment setting
- Thrive in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment
- Strong listening and sales skills; ability to tailor products and services to meet existing customers’ needs
- Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical services, or construction a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to achieve the target goal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
