What You’ll Do:
The Customer Service Representative serves customers by answering inquiries, determining requirements, fulfilling requests, selling parts and routing telephone calls. The Call Center Administrative Assistant jumps in and helps the operation as necessary and contributes to the overall growth and customer satisfaction of the Parts Call Center.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answers customer calls, emails and texts using the Contact Center Software Application
  • Efficiently provides customers with products and service information to high standards
  • Determines requirements by working with customers and identifying needs
  • Handles customer’s inquiries regarding all matters pertaining to transaction and sales history
  • Explains new features or information to customers
  • Manages and resolves customer complaints
  • Completes transactions and processes orders
  • Routes calls to appropriate resource if needed
  • Follows standard operating procedures
Qualifications

  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in call center or customer service environment required
  • MS Office Suite Expert proficiency required
  • Knowledge of commercial truck supplies, equipment and mechanical parts preferred
  • Tech savvy with knowledge of telephone equipment and relevant computer programs
  • Data Entry and strong typing skills preferred
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple requests and responsibilities effectively and timely.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a quiet workspace location and reliable internet service
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) and or (Punjabi/English) is a plus
Compensation
  • $17-22/hr depending on experience
  • Non-Exempt
