We will CHALLENGE you to:
- Enter orders into Ruland’s ERP (SAP Business One).
- Utilize programs such as but not limited to: ERP, EDI, CRM, Teams, Outlook, and eCommerce platforms daily.
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and fax in a timely and pleasant manner.
- Answer all incoming phone calls on the first ring.
- Assist accounting with accounts receivables.
- Process RMAs and credits for customers in a timely manner.
- Assist in freight and logistics scheduling.
- Processing of payments from customers.
- Communicate with other departments as an advocate for the customer. (Departments such as: Engineering, IT, Shipping, Accounting, and Production)
- Any other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications YOU possess:
- High school degree, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (Bilingual a plus!)
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Basic math skills to include the ability to add and subtract fractions and convert fractions to decimals.
- Experience in a small to medium sized manufacturing environment a plus.
- Experience managing email and customer contact information in a CRM such as Microsoft Dynamics.

Covid-19

Failure to establish full Covid-19 vaccination status by the deadline will result in termination of employment. Documentation establishing proof of vaccination will be treated as confidential.
