Position Summary/Role Overview
Omni Engine’s Sales Representative team ensures customers have an amazing experience from the point of sale onward. OmniEngine adds value to each customer through engagement over the phone by providing updates and educating customers on additional services and promotions. This enables us to acquire the hardest-to-reach customers wherever they may be.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Inside Sales Representative:
- Contact pre-qualitied sales leads via phone to upsell & cross-sell products and services.
- Escalate customers to tier 2 support when necessary to ensure customers’ needs are taken care of
- Deliver extraordinary customer service and support to customers who may be at risk of cancelling their account (deescalate and find solutions).
- Shepherd ongoing relationships and day-to-day communications with customers.
Key Success Measures of Inside Sales Representative:
- Achieve individual cross-sales objectives
- Take all inbound calls and efficiently problem solve for customers Consistently meet or exceed quality assurance standards

Skills and Experience Requirements of Inside Sales Representative:
- Problem solver with strong customer relationship skills.
- A scrappy and flexible team member who can comfortably pivot when necessary.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Goal oriented and creative thinker who is openminded and readjusts to coaching and feedback.
- 1-2 years of experience is sales is preffred but not required.
- Experience working in an Inbound sales, Outbound sales, or Outbound call center roles is preffered not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
