Crown Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Admin to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
Job description:
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent Communication Skills
Strong organizational and planning skills
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Comfortable on the computer
Experience in Excel and Microsoft software.
Experience with Google doc/excel
Use to answering high volume phone calls, mails
Coming from logistics/service industry is a plus.
Ability to work a hybrid schedule after training, with flexibility.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 1st shift.
Hours: 8:30am - 5pm.
Pay rate: $19.50
