This position reports directly to the Regional General Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

This position will start out with very specific tasks and assignments. These tasks will be related to reviewing sales reports, leads follow-up, managing one or more customer service support e-mail inboxes, etc. The following job responsibilities may be eventually added.

  • Answer phone calls or e-mails from customers to respond to inquiries and document actions.
  • Must be familiar with customer-relationship management (CRM) software including proficient data-entry skills with room for zero errors.
  • Respond to inquiries by understanding the inquiry, review previous inquiries and responses; gather and research information, assemble and forward the information as needed.
  • Maintain, update CRM records. Record customer inquiries by documenting the inquiry and response in the CRM.
  • Verify a customer’s understanding of information and answer.
  • Provide introductory information to new customers.
  • Identify prospective customers in the CRM, respond to and generate leads and convert to sales.
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.
  • Plan and organize daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales.
  • Negotiate prices, terms and prepare service agreements.
  • Serve customers by selling services and meeting customer needs.
  • Recommend changes in pricing and or service by evaluating sales results and competitive developments.
  • Maintain expert knowledge about company services and/or products to best help customers.
  • Ensure that customers are satisfied with services and/or product.
  • Understand how to tactfully and strategical handle customer rejections and overcome them.
  • Follow-up with customer in regard to their accounts.
  • Let customers know about additional services and/or products only when appropriate.
  • Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a customer’s questions in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Escalate customer questions and concerns as needed.
  • Troubleshoot common issues with a service or products.
  • Must have strong communication skills and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions.
  • Must be competent with company phone system. Must have the ability to conference calls, transfer calls, park calls, place customers on hold and periodically let them know we are still here.
  • Must be able to effectively handle multiple calls at a time and close sales.
  • Must be competent with popular computer programs such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, Dropbox, Softphones, Texting apps, E-Mail systems, etc.
  • Set customers appointments in the company’s appointment calendar.
  • Post shifts in company’s team scheduling system.
  • Work with the Operations Manager, Operations Assistant, Operations Support, Operations and other departments and team members to fulfill customer appointments, help assign proper staffing to jobs and produce customer quotes.
  • Take payments by phone or create invoices.
  • Improve service and processes by recommending improvements.
  • Must have ability to remain calm and polite in stressful situations.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports.
  • There will be daily filing, recordkeeping tasks that are both physical and virtual.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, review professional publications.
  • There will be additional responsibilities and duties as required to support customer service, operations, administration, and human resources as needed. Some duties will require running errands for supplies or transporting team members.

Work Hours, Pay & Benefits:

  • Preferred hours of work are 7 am to 10 pm daily, PST.
  • This is a remote position.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • B.A. or B.S. degree required.
  • 4+ years in sales and 4+ years in customer service desired.
